- ગૌમૂત્ર એક ઉત્તમ ખાતર, ફૂગનાશક અને વૃદ્ધિકારક છે.

- ગાભણી કે દૂઝણી ગાય હોય તો તેના મૂત્રમાં હોર્મોન્સ વધારે હોય છે.

- ગૌમૂત્ર વાપરવાની રીત અને તેનું પ્રમાણ :
- ગૌમૂત્ર પિયતમાં પણ આપી શકાય અને પંપ વડે છંટકાવ પણ કરી શકાય છે.
- જો ગૌમૂત્ર પિયતમાં આપવું હોય તો એક પ્લાસ્ટિકના નળવાળા કેરબામાં ગૌમૂત્ર ભરવું અને ધોરિયામાં જ્યાંથી પાકનું વાવેતર શરૂ થતું હોય ત્યાં રાખવો.
- ટીપે - ટીપે અથવા ધીમી ધારે ગૌમૂત્ર ધોરિયામાં જતાં પાણીમાં પડે એ રીતે નળ ખુલ્લો રાખવો.
